PF Changes Inc. is a Texas-based youth empowerment nonprofit organization that offers transitional support for young people ages 18 to 25 entering adulthood. PF Changes Inc. serves young adults from all walks of life, especially former foster youth, reentry citizens, homeless individuals, LGBTQ+ youth, and young adults unsure how to handle their newfound independence and to discover who they want to become.

By working with young adults facing social and/or systemic injustices, PF Changes Inc. aims to equip these individuals with the structure that many people have never received to build strong foundations for life: identity awareness, emotional regulation, spiritual wellness, healthy relationships, and a practical plan for the future. The next generation deserves a world where they have access to the guidance and opportunities needed to succeed in life.
