The Stories Behind The Faces of PF Changes Inc.
LeShaundrea Friend

LeShaundrea, also known as Ladi by her close friends, brings over 22 years of dedicated service in foster care and social services. Her journey began from humble beginnings in the fast-food industry before rising through the ranks of social service leadership – a testament to her perseverance and passion for impacting the lives of those around her.
From managing shelters for youth aging out of foster care to licensing foster parents and leading community resource programs, LeShaundrea has guided many families toward stability, hope, and brighter futures with love, support, and knowledge as the foundation. With certifications in financial literacy and domestic violence intervention, LeShaundrea’s mission is clear: to keep families together, empower parents, and ensure children flourish with their identities intact. She believes every child deserves to thrive in their home with the right guidance and stands as a beacon of hope for those struggling to acclimate.
LeShaundrea continues to champion her mission through advocacy, bringing in a better future for the next generation.
Tamia Banks

“As a First-Gen college student, I wouldn’t have half of my accomplishments without my mentors. They have impacted my life in unimaginable ways.”
Tamia Banks knew from an early age that she wanted to help as many people as possible, the best way she knew how. After entertaining passions ranging from becoming a veterinarian to a fashion designer, a teacher, and even a firefighter, Tamia discovered she had a knack for words and storytelling.
While attending Texas Christian University as a first-generation college student, Tamia was overwhelmed with the pressure to excel, find her true calling, and make new and meaningful connections – until she met the mentors who would transform her stress into achievements. With their support and guidance, she joined multiple on-campus organizations, accepted several leadership roles, and even received the 2021 Distinguished Student Award. With the support of her mentors, Tamia received the most out of what TCU had to offer and found a career path she loves.
Now, as a marketing content strategist with over five years of experience, Tamia describes herself as a jack-of-all-trades. Her mission in life is to provide the same support she received to small mom-and-pop shops and upcoming businesses through marketing and brand strategy. Because these businesses often cannot afford a full-scale agency or may not receive marketing elsewhere, Tamia wants to meet them where they are and cater to their specific needs.
